Chivatoscopio: getaway to Bilbao, bike-picnics and vermouths in jelly

This weekend we enjoy a solid vermouth in front of the Menorca sea, we dance to the sound of Scottish bagpipes, we taste the best wines of La Rioja and we ride through Madrid with our bike-picnic. What is your plan?

The idea is that each month, the restaurant dedicates its letter to the best cuisine of a destination country. This month: Italy.

OF FESTIVAL: Edinburgh International Festival 2015. The city of legends and ghosts becomes the epicenter of the performing arts in August. IN THE BAR: We enjoy a solid vermouth in the bar of the Blue Sky Bar of the Barceló Hamilton Menorca hotel. Cold, jelly, tasty and by the sea. This is how this new summer cocktail is served whose texture and flavor will surprise you. Its price: 4.5 euros.

ROUTE: This weekend we traveled to Bilbao to stay at the Hotel Miró and taste some good wines in Haro (La Rioja). IN THE CLOSET: Stella McCartney store in Ibiza. This is another of the ephemeral stores that we can enjoy this summer. An elegant and above all ecological store: the materials that dress its 55 square meters have been chosen with environmental criteria: from sustainable wood to natural wool curtains. Open until October.

IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD: Bike-Picnic in El Matadero, Madrid. Organized by Mobeo, Bici- Picnic is a perfect plan for two-wheel lovers. For 19 euros, it includes 3 hours on one of its special bicycles + neverita with sandwich, fruit and drink + mat. There is possibility to hire guide.

AT THE CINEMA: We pay our little tribute to one of the best comics in our country: Lina Morgan. The chosen film: the mythical Dumb Boat.

IN THE WALKMAN: Poptlatch Bingo! In Plaza Matadero, Madrid. It is a dancing Bingo by Marian Garrido. Here no numbers will sound, but the most successful pop songs. IN THE NET: We get into the Instagram of FlyNYON, a New York aerial photography company that has put the concept into fashion "shoe selfie", which consists of photographing your shoes from the air with the city at your feet (literally). The views are spectacular.
